I once took birthday leave (planned and approved weeks before), but was told by supervisor to cancel the day before to go back to work because he needs me to complete a report. and also that HTX don’t support birthday leave so you need to come back if asked to by supervisor. Don’t know how true that is but lan lan had to cancel on my spouse to go back to work (on a report that is not even THAT urgent)
