This one ah....dunno wtf people do....just escalate, escalate, everything escalate, macam like OTIS. Then project build already and the decomm all the time..then nothing to do spend time niao here niao there, throw people under the bus.....

Many years already projects still in POC.....waste of taxpayers' money........
