Feels like going UK may be better, less cut throat training. Specialty selection scoring is available publicly to game the system. And radcliffe (oxford) and addenbrooke (cambridge) trust have decent layman prestige but easier to get in that london trusts [uk bros can correct me if i am wrong]

London is overrated seriously. High rents mugging in the streets and all that. I did my med school there (Barts) and it was honestly a regrettable choice.
Would recommend you preference either Northern or Peninsula. Good pace of life fewer patients and generally more affordable living.
