Eh bro yes they don't decide but I guess they decide if you are getting those clinical prof appointment or C post in hospital which are useful for brand name and marketing if you go private?

Feels like going UK may be better, less cut throat training. Specialty selection scoring is available publicly to game the system. And radcliffe (oxford) and addenbrooke (cambridge) trust have decent layman prestige but easier to get in that london trusts [uk bros can correct me if i am wrong]
