I not sure how you determine good or bad, but sometimes if they don't have alot of "bad", they hire you, pay you money for what, it is to clear the "bad"..

Not sure why DBS is not in the list since we are looking at Local Banks, but all backend ops are typically on-time go home for AVP and below, VP and above are Team Leaders, tend to carry more responsibilities in terms of reporting, etc.
