I meant if you only have a household 7.5k salary now, or even the median of 10.2k/couple, you will struggle to buy any private property. Day-day living will also be hard. Let alone buy US shares/landed/invest.
Lucky in the sense that you managed finances well in your early years, in an era where property was more affordable.
