But u r right, lucky to be born in an earlier era. The baby boomers before me even better. My dad with only P6 equivalent Msia qualifications could support a family of 5, let me and sis go to uni and let my mum be a housewife with comfortable retirements fundsmafter he left.

It is getting tougher with each generation now.

Hence, I hope I can use my landed proceeds to help my 2 boys in future.
