Only a very small percentage of people in these industries make it to these roles. Also these jobs are extremely volatile.

As a doctor, your income is guranteed. Even as an AC I average a comp of around 300k and can look to 400k as a full C. I also have a fulfilling job and can eventually go to private if I really want the big bucks. Yes the work is hard but work is also hard in other sectors
