I’m p sure the neurosurgeons and gastro SC are indeed not “sucking thumb” Know of a few acquaintances and they earn extremely well even in public. Btw a large percentage of neurosurgeons and gastros are in the private sector so it’s more so a matter of them being satisfied enough in public that they don’t want to go through the hassle of moving to private
