Add calls and other KPIs and 300k TC isn’t far off. Assume his partner works and earns average income, 350k HHI is more than doable.
Ofc not easy to get into residency for the surgical and procedural stuff but no pain no gain also. Also if he go aesthetics after freg and grind 3 years expeirence before starting own clinic or becoming anchor at aesthetics clinic, 350k will be easy as well.

Any idea how much an AIM/gen med ac is drawing? with clinical allowance. Or is going private gp a better choice. if I am willing to put in the hours.

Radio AC earn how much ah?
AIM AC about 200 to 220k starting.
Private gp as hired hand even the most well paying is 240k annual
cpf add another 10k
But U can eventually open ur own clinic and chains or more
Of cse now a days v competitive. Doesn't mean U open a shop patient will come.
For dead stuck Mo, private gp is a step up because salary doubles and life is somewhat better without weekend rounds and calls.
If U can get into any training , even fam med, once U finish U will exceed a hired gp pay
It's a stable almost iron rice bowl, as long as U don't go molest anyone or commit crimes U got a job for life. What financial crisis, competitive market doesn't affect U. It's not bad.
U plan properly and invest properly can retire at 55.
