[QUOTE=Unregistered;288505]I’m assuming he takes the advice of the guy above and stays away from any non procedural/non surgical specialty. Surg/procedural AC has around 12k base and approx 6-8k in clinical allowance depending on specialty. That’s around 240k a year. 2-3 months of bonus puts him at 250-300k a year. Add calls and other KPIs and 300k TC isn’t far off. Assume his partner works and earns average income, 350k HHI is more than doable.
Ofc not easy to get into residency for the surgical and procedural stuff but no pain no gain also. Also if he go aesthetics after freg and grind 3 years expeirence before starting own clinic or becoming anchor at aesthetics clinic, 350k will be easy as well.

Any idea how much an AIM/gen med ac is drawing? with clinical allowance. Or is going private gp a better choice. if I am willing to put in the hours.
