In Singhealth our appraisal is based on a points system, every year my boss only deemed me only meeting expectations. In order to be promoted to JG14, I have to exceed expectations for JG13 continuously for a few years!! Boss said will try to help to push me further, year after year I heard the same thing.

All empty promises. Promised to send us to conference, but always the same person going every year. Promised to give us projects to shine but end up only the favourite got allocated the projects to shine.
