Now that im the team lead, I come in anytime i want, as long as it does not affect clinical work.
If my first patient starts at 9am, i come in at 8.55am.

I can come in anytime and nobody can question me because i have many meetings.

I told my staff the same. I trust them and they can come in or go off anytime as long as it does nkt affect their clinical work.
Just dont over do it and they are fine.

Geberally people appreciate and not abuse this.
