JG17, probably hit salary cap long time ago (14+k).
He comes in anytime or dont come in at all, do minimum clinical work (maybe less than 1 day for the entire week).
Most of the time he is focused on "educational" work which is basically forward email ask who want to do talks/workshops/media.
He should be around 60yo and drives a conti car.
Everyone respects him including senior management and ceo.
Life is really good and that is my career aspiration.
I would reckon he earns more than in private and works much less and with much more status and respect. But to get to his level, he has to tahan years of low pay (he told me his starting pay less than 2k), buracracy, people management, red tapes, etc.
