Vast majority here are JG11 - 13 for those 40 years old and below I think?

Wonder if there are any success stories of AHP or admin switching to a completely different industry.
I knew of someone who was a nurse. She switched to admin in a financial sector in her 30s, but had to start right from the bottom...fresh grad pay. 10 years of actual work gone down the drain.
Probably very similar to education and social sector...all industries view these sectors as no transferable skills

Late 20s ex-AHP here, jumped to finance industry as business analyst. It was tough as had to learn a lot of new technical skills before I manage to land the role. Also took a slight pay cut but quickly caught up within 2 yrs. Now drawing 20-25% higher for TC compared to if I would have stayed. And better future prospect and can wfh
