If you want to get pay increment.. it's from public move to private then move back to public.
Progression is so slow.. promotion is limited by the number of people.. have to wait for seniors to move up before you can move up. I'm in a very small section of less than ten pax, I'm stuck in the same JG13 for ten years and there's no way to move up cos my section only needs one JG15, one JG 14. The rest of us will be stuck as 11, 12 and 13.

Curious about the typical pay increment if move from public to private. Is it 15-20% bump in TC as what most other industries offer if you jump? Can anyone share your experience or if you happen to know from your colleagues?
