Exactly.. I'm feeling bitter with HR and my stupid career mistake.

If you are okay with scrapping $5K in late 30s.. then please go ahead to join healthcare. All my friends were shocked to hear I earn so little for the amount of work we do. For the past 1 months plus, I have been OT-ing for at least an hour past my official working hours cos there is just too much work to do everyday.
