Hi all , i went for interview in end may, and 2nd round interview was on 1st wk of June. Subsequently was told to wait 2weeks for the outcome. During the 3rd week of wait, HQ HR emailed and called to say they are interested for me to join them. Additionally, they sent me a Supplementary form asking for my particulars, qualifications and employment history and my current company’s HR contact for reference check. They mentioned that they are processing the application afterwards. Can I check if this means that I will receive a LOA ? Or more or less confirmed for the job? TIA!
Ps my background check shouldn’t be an issue as my current company is also public sector.
