Tbh, i think average joe in commercial will probably will hit max abt 15k? Eg FD / FC
FM/SFM/ FC should be range abt 8-12k (100K PA - 140k PA)
It boil down, do you want more $$$ or wlb?
100k PA is rather comfortable tbh ( at least for me, )
