Prolly shorten life span by 5 years if U choose this career.

Either go for broke, get into a lucrative speciality like ortho or eye or get into a chill consulting speciality like infectious disease.
The kind that deal with mass number of patients like FM, IM, A&E cannot do one. Soul sucking
