as it took 2 mths to clear the background screening ie G50
basically doing the occasional checkin with their POC if they need clarifications etc 'cause there's been varying timeline/duration from variety of hear-say sources abt the duration of G50 clearance

since i went for the panel interview,
if they have find me an odd-ball or not someone they r looking for, they would have already let me know the rejection pretty much early

if they wan to screen me
it's, to me, another sign that they likely wan to bring me in
b4 providing the formal offer
makes sense for them to screen
so that in event it turns out CMI, they can outright reject my application with cast-iron justifications (ie on grounds that my background screening failed)

in betweem the waiting window, i did went for one interview
cause also don't wan to leave things to chances
in case my screening ok
but the hiring panel have a change of thoughts and U-turn, i will be back in limbo again
