If you have told your associates about pressing deadlines, do your associates work overtime or over the weekends to complete their allocated tasks? Do they clear their review points even if they are no longer booked on the job, or do they expect others to clear them? Do they show initiative to learn and complete more sections, or do they keep quiet and say they don’t know how to do it?
It depends if this is a change for good or bad.
