Second this. If your lead/head is a real professional in all regards, i.e. the way they carry themselves, elegant, professional, knowledgeable, then you are in heaven.
If your leads/heads are those that can never be wrong, anal, wayang, kiss ass, liar (and all the character flaws you can think of), your life will be hell.
