-I am quite impress that only with 2.5 years of exp, you are getting 4.6k(even with pass with merit)!!! Because in my GLC company, those consider "B" performer consecutively with 5 years of exp & with 2 promotions since fresh grad(2nd lower hon) only manage to hit 4.5k after 5 long years with the company!!!
-is your 4.6k purely basic or (basic + allowance) ?
-Are you in oil/gas industry or exxon or shell?

Since fresh grad in 2012 with Pass Degree (With Merit) with 2 years
NS = $3,288
Assume all the 2.5 years of exp in the private sector are RELEVANT in the ministry/stat board.....you should be getting around 3.7k
with 15-16 months annual package
