Must admit it's quite hard for ops drs to get sued (or GPS working for large private groups)
I have reading throught
smc tribunal reports (on their website) for past few years. Most people who get into trouble tends to be specialist, aesthetics drs or solo GPS in smaller groups/solo clinics.
Never seen ops Dr or rmg/parkway/healthway gps sued
