You might be paid less than some people with the same qualifications. The real question is: How much more can you be paid ? If the difference is say $200, do you really want to make the jump simply based on that $200 ? If yes, will you be tempted to do it over and over again year after year ?
If you have push factors for leaving the current job, I will say Go Ahead. Otherwise, I would give it a bit more time and learn more.
