That's a stupid move and in the end it will back fire on you because the Singaporean will jump ship after 1-2 years and you will have to spend time constantly training news ones and those new one that come in will demand more and work less. Always give excuses and think they are Singaporeans therefore they are entitled to more pay, less work and less responsibility.
