I'm JG 12 and have been a good performer althought less than 2 years with the org.
At my appraisal, it was hinted that a promotion would happen by July 2024.

Like to ask what is the increment I can expect from JG12 to JG13?
And is there an unspoken guideline that less than 2 years experience, difficult to justify for a promotion in the Dec cycle?
