You can join a structured training programme conducted either by SIAEC or ST Aero( 2 of the biggest in Singapore).Aerospace diplomas may have exemptions to some caas papers,please check yourself on the web and do some homework.Don expect to be spoon fed by kind-hearted souls like me.

To be a LAE, need to clear all CAAS basic papers, aircraft type rating exams, clock a certain amount of OJTs and maintain a log.Finally you will need to clear a mob interview and a final interview by the Quality department...when you pass out as LAE, need to be "tekan" by AFMs
No hantu or crying babies will be tolerated.
