Quite strange that the last four are registered as SLPs. I always thought they were JLV/FLAs. Curious how they can be considered international firms if they're structured as SLPs - seems like they're marketed as "fully integrated mergers".

They are not mutually exclusive. These firms satisfy the requirements to be SLPs under the Law Practice Entities rules, i.e. the relevant cap on total number of foreign lawyers by headcount, and caps on equity ownership and/or control by foreign lawyers.
At the same time, the Singapore EPs are also EPs in the international entity and the profit pools can be integrated.
Any excess foreign lawyers may operate out of the same office but are not necessarily employed by the Singapore entity.
"Fully integrated merger" is a marketing phrase and not a term of art.
