Quite strange that the last four are registered as SLPs. I always thought they were JLV/FLAs. Curious how they can be considered international firms if they're structured as SLPs - seems like they're marketed as "fully integrated mergers".

In any event, to clarify for people: JLVs are an integrated entity which both sg and foreign lawyers can be part of (with the exception of liti lawyers) whereas FLAs consist of two separate entities - the foreign entity and the singapore entity that share only the brand.
