I know quite a few sembcorp ppl, the official titles should be:
E5 executive
E6 snr executive
M1 asst manager
M2 manager
M3 snr manger
M4 AVP
M5 VP
M6 SVP

G and above should be EVP.

Agreed that the titles above are purely administrative purposes, any grades below M4 are not true managers.
