In polyclinic starting rank is m.med fp. Auto to AC in 3 years
In hopsital, starting rank is ac, auto to con in 2 to 4 years.
In a way, in poly if u hit con, it's like getting to SC level in hospital.
You need to fight for it.
Of cse..with fellowship ur world is not restricted to poly.
U can go hospital do comm hospital work, transition work.
Then still follow the same ac working rank, auto to con route.
I heard in singhealth, now is no fellowship no AC?
Is that true.
