Retiring in the community studio flats could be an option for us. It is easy to maintain and we get medical care. We can sell our condo for $1 mil and then buy the studio for $100k. We then put the $900k in FD to get $36k pa. This is in addition to the $60k pa from our CPF Life. Our passive income will be $96k pa. This gives us the opportunity to travel the world. Good life.
