If there are grounds suggesting JLB, why not seek help from HR or other bosses? It isn't so clear which dept or team you mean, other staff working hard on projects may feel even more demoralised
Leaders' mailboxes are always open, tried writing in to keep them closely updated on what staff think is happening on the ground?
