how come some of the DXO app outcome take so long to move on/reject?

checked the mindef AI thingy that they r using for the job app

one job app 2 Jan still havent move onto either further shortlist or reject
the 2nd one 16 Jan till now coming to 2 weeks already also haven't move on/reject
