This is what I've heard. In terms of mid-year, end year, performance bonus, in terms of no. of months, its more or less the same. HOWEVER, there are 2 significant differences.
EDB's base salaries are higher, and they also have a special bonus of between 2-4 months a year if the agency's targets are met. All in all, they probably pay between 15-25% higher than MX scheme.
