A bit of a random qn to ask in this thread. Currently working as a ho (into my 2nd posting). Do people here find that female bosses (reg/con) tends to be more demanding/fierce/particular about things (e.g documentation, wanting things stat etc). They also seem to ask more qn and scold more when you make referrals to them.

Not trying to be sexist, but this is how I felt 4.5 mths into the job. (I am generally a chilllax person, finds it stressful to work with intense people lol)
