Culture depends on what department and team you end up in. One of my friends in the program is in the Process Automation department, says the tasks they give him are meaningless like printing and scanning documents, as if he is an admin intern. He said another one of his friends left after a few months. but apparently is just his department problem because the rest seem to be enjoying life in there. Progression wise also depends, according to him if your boss and team facilitates opportunities for you to shine then you can be prepared to fly if not you will just be another stuck one.
