I can verify that:

2. My taleo status is updated to completed on 12 Dec
3. I got the offer email on 19 Dec
4. I received a call to explain the offer on 21 Dec

The offer is still 5.5k with variable bonus. Seems anticlimactic given the increase in competitiveness in TT in the current iteration.
