SC titles are often misleading and inflated

IT leads are usually b5
Though I've seen b6 leads
I've seen SCV "ciso" and heads of cyber at B5 M23 RANGE,
and I've seen heads of cyber at b4 range.
Asso directors, managers, can be b6.
Directors and senior managers can be b5.
I knew a colleague who had a title director but was a b6.
He was mean to my other female colleague whose title was only lead but was an M23.
Shortly before he left, the promo list was published congratulating a list of names on achieving b5 and he wwas on it. So we found out the director was an inflated title and the lead had a higher m number.
All depends on the hiring manager
