ST and NCS same same in terms of culture, take the offer with higher paying total compensation(pretty sure its NCS), ask if there is 13th month bonus and whats the average performance bonus. Currently NCS no 13th month bonus so you have to factor that into the calculation for TC. |

can just tell me the first 3 letters if u dont mind? they had a company wide mandatory 3 day in office back in june 2022 for everyone, i wanna know why ur team so special, i also want WFH and i mentioned that i think other team have WFH but he said "u sure? find me proof first"
