Everything slow down after 2018, where u get monkies by paying peanuts.
Cant really compare with current grads where accountancy grad for local is gg down hill and all who doing audit is mainly from MY or PH...
unless you are talking abt fhe old guards who are alrdy director/partner role..heck.. some with 20 plus toe still a snr mgr..
