Used to work in MUFG FO and payout for bonuses can be 6 months. AWS is granted for Analyst ranks only. Once you are AVP/Associate and above, it will just be performance bonuses.

The other good thing is that they have something called Union bonus which is about 0.5 months of your monthly salary and they give it out in July.

Other than the above, the basic pay is abysmal and the work in any of the MUFG (formerly known as BTMU) companies are mind numbing and meaningless.

Last i checked, they're on a hiring spree because of a mass exodus of frustrated employees (myself included). I do not recommend working in this firm unless you like being tortured like a POW during WWII (lol).
