Currently in civil service sector for about 10 yrs as a diploma holder, age 33 and drawing 4.5k monthly and annual package about $77k +/- and on some years will get extra 10-20k for strategic payout after fulfilling a certain number of years in service.

I just got my part-time degree fr SUSS and am thinking to join another relevant Ministry/ Stat Board as a graduate. Does it make sense?

Anyone had a similar path where they studied part-time degree and moved on to other companies as graduate?
