Hello, not sure what BS stand for cause haven't seen it mentioned in forums yet unless it's a derogatory term hahaha. And yes! Just clarified and the Merit Increment(MI) is still applicable even though i am technically on "contract". I was initially worried because i saw replies between 2016-2018, don't know which thread, mention that contract staff fixed salary and no MI....

I think i am being offered the normal contract for fresh grads and the converting to perm is not guaranteed and will heavily depend on vacancy and performance.
