Mmed = sergeant (does sai Kang arrowed to them, also have to guide recruits)
Fellowship= officer (do all the higher level planning office work, arrow things to their mmed sergeant and recruits)

Residency training = sispec or Specialist cadet
Fellowship training = OCS

Once your time is up, can ord and leave and go join outside world...
rast time polyclinic is hardship posting. Now it's lifestyle posting because 8 to 5 and no calls.
every 6 months dunno how many pple write to me.
anyway, if want go GP land no need fam med residency la.
Waste of training, the residency will train u to do chronic disease care very well, which is not needed in GP land.
