No one here is saying consulting hires got to do case interview, LMAO. We’re saying that it’s harder to get an offer for consulting role as compared to tech roles where the latter is mass hired in so easier to get an offer. Everyone who applied for Accenture knows this, many apply wanting to get placed in consulting but ends up being offered tech. Even if not everyone have a case interview in their interview rounds, many went for 2-3 interviews with the strategy and consulting MD. You can’t be expecting an interview who’s a MD level and experience in consulting to give simple “behavourial interviews right”?
