Anybody has experience with transfer within stat board (movement policy).
I have asked in another thread. Hoping i can get advice from this thread too
I received offer from hiring stat board under movement policy. Was advised to tender 1 month notice to current stat board but last day tbc as it under transfer and current employer can hold me back 3 months.
Anybody knows whether the payday will remain the same (as per usual under current employer) until my official transfer to new stat board? Or how exactly that goes? My ex-colleague had resigned (not transfered) previously and informed me that she only got her last salary from the employer around 2 weeks after her last day. For transfer, will there be any difference?
