LTA MYB, YEB, 13th Mth and PB is the same as ministry. the differentiator is the MAC which is given to engineering scheme only. a good at least 50% of
LTA staff is on similar pay range and package as ministry, hence there is no reason to say that
LTA "pay is already very high"
